Client Relations & Communications Coordinator

ZMK Law is seeking a bilingual professional (English & Turkish) with elite-level communication skills to become a central voice within our law firm. This is a full-time, remote position, for those who are available to work according to the New York Time Zone (ET).

Who is a Client Relations & Communications Coordinator?

A Client Relations & Communications Coordinator bridges the gap between a business and its audience, managing both client satisfaction and external messaging. They are typically responsible for onboarding new clients, addressing inquiries, and providing assistance throughout their engagement with the firm.

Please note that this is not a traditional legal/executive assistant role. We are looking for someone who naturally understands people, communication strategy, emotional intelligence, and professional presence at a very high level.

The ideal candidate knows how to communicate differently with different personalities. They understand tone, timing, psychology, professionalism, and how to represent a firm with confidence, clarity, and discretion. This person will often act as the bridge between the attorney, clients, and professional contacts.

Having a legal background is a plus, but not required. However, you must be extremely strong in written and verbal communication, highly organized, emotionally intelligent, and capable of operating in a fast-paced professional environment with executive-level standards.

Your work on a daily basis would look like this:

• Communicating with clients in both English and Turkish through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual video meetings
• Acting as a professional communication bridge between the attorney, clients, and professional contacts
• Managing sensitive or high-pressure conversations with calmness, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
• Following up with clients strategically to keep cases and communications moving efficiently
• Drafting, refining, and responding to professional emails and messages with strong attention to tone and clarity
• Understanding different personality types and adapting communication styles accordingly
• Helping organize operations, schedules, communications, and client-related follow-ups
• Handling client concerns, expectations, and questions in a professional and solution-oriented manner
• Representing the firm with maturity, professionalism, discretion, and confidence at all times
• Assisting the attorney in communicating ideas, strategies, updates, and requests clearly to clients and others
• Working in a fast-paced environment where responsiveness, organization, and communication quality are extremely important
