C & T Tutors provides part-time education in accounting, auditing, and tax courses for professionals and students globally. C & T Consultants specializes in financial services such as financial statement preparation, tax compliance, internal audits, and business planning while holding certification as a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor. C & T Web Design offers web development, database management, and IT expertise to a diverse clientele.

Role Description

This is a full-time, remote Chief Strategy Officer role. The CSO will be responsible for developing comprehensive strategic plans, overseeing business operations to ensure alignment with company goals, and driving growth initiatives. Key responsibilities include conducting financial and market analysis, identifying new business opportunities, coordinating cross-departmental strategies, and providing executive-level decision-making support.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to develop comprehensive strategies and assess long-term organizational goals.
• Proven experience in Executive Management with strong leadership abilities and a record of driving organizational success.
• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data, market trends, and financial insights to inform decision-making.
• Solid background in Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and financial risk assessment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Relevant experience or knowledge in education, finance, and IT industries is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Finance, or a related field is highly preferred.
