Part-Time Chief of Staff to the Co-Founders
Location: Remote (U.S.-based preferred)

Position Overview
We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and creative early-career professional to serve as a part-time Chief of Staff to our co-founders. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants exposure to entrepreneurship, business operations, marketing, client projects, and executive support.
You will work directly with the founders to keep the business running smoothly, support client and internal projects, manage digital assets, and help execute marketing and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Website & Digital Presence
- Maintain and update the Beyond the Desk website
- Publish new content, resources, and company updates
- Ensure website content remains accurate and current
- Coordinate basic SEO and website optimization efforts
- Assist with Dr. Kelly Monahan's social media handles
Marketing & Content Creation
- Create presentations, social media assets, reports, and client-facing materials using Canva
- Develop branded templates and visual content
- Support content promotion across digital channels
- Assist with newsletter creation and distribution
CRM & Business Development Support
- Manage and maintain HubSpot records and workflows
- Update contact databases and track outreach activities
- Support lead generation and partnership initiatives
- Assist with proposal development and follow-up communications
Project & Operations Support
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and meeting logistics
- Support client-facing and internal strategic projects
- Prepare meeting notes, action items, and status updates
- Conduct research on workplace trends, competitors, and potential partners
- Help streamline processes and identify operational improvements
Executive Support
- Assist the co-founders with scheduling and administrative coordination
- Manage priorities, deadlines, and follow-up items
- Serve as a trusted organizational partner across multiple initiatives
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree completed within the last 1–3 years (or graduating soon)
- Strong Canva skills and visual design sensibility
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Close attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Preferred
- Experience managing website content (WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, or similar platforms)
- Familiarity with social media management tools
- Interest in the future of work, leadership, talent, or organizational strategy
- Experience supporting founders, executives, student organizations, or startup environments

Compensation
Competitive hourly compensation starting at $25/hr.
