Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Product Officer (CPO) at Kuberpath Financials. The CPO will be responsible for defining and driving product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, leading cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, and overseeing the successful execution of projects. Key responsibilities include working collaboratively with stakeholders to identify market opportunities, setting product vision and priorities, and mentoring team members to foster innovation and performance.

• Strong expertise in Product Strategy and Product Management.
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects and Project Management skills.
• Demonstrated success in Team Leadership and mentoring diverse teams.
• Experience in Cross-functional Team Leadership and fostering collaboration across departments.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
• Knowledge of financial planning and investment advisory is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
