Chief Executive Officer (CEO) — Fintant Location: Flexible (KSA / Global) Stage: Pre-Seed / Early Stage Compensation: Equity-based (founding role) About Fintant Fintant is building the infrastructure for finance talent — a global platform connecting companies with vetted CFOs and finance professionals across full-time, fractional, and advisory roles. We’re solving a broken system: slow hiring, high costs, and lack of access to top-tier finance talent. Role Overview We are looking for a builder CEO — someone who can take ownership of execution, drive growth, and scale Fintant from early traction to a high-growth company. This is not a corporate CEO role. This is an operator role.
