No two days are the same in this role. We are looking for empathetic and resilient individuals to support students with Additional Learning Needs. You don’t need to be a qualified teacher to make a massive difference; you just need patience, a sense of humour, and the ability to build strong relationships. If you are looking for a job that offers true emotional rewards and leaves you smiling at the end of the day, we want to hear from you. 🧠 What You'll Be Doing: Supporting Students: Working with pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH. Building Confidence: Providing 1:1 or small group support tailored to help every child shine. Positive Behaviour: Helping the teacher manage the classroom and promoting a calm, positive environment. Encouraging Independence: Helping learners make progress and believe in themselves. Teamwork: Collaborating with teachers, ALNCOs, and external pros to get the best outcomes for the children. Safeguarding: Upholding the highest standards of pupil wellbeing.
