McLarens Aviation has been operating for 50 years and has consolidated sales of over £17 million. With over 80 dedicated surveyors, liability adjusters and lawyers located throughout the McLarens Aviation network, the organisation provides a rapid response to aviation loss events occurring anywhere in the world, as well as carrying out a wide range of risk and safety reviews, due diligence studies and asset management contracts. Overall Responsibility: To provide administrative support to the Credit Control team and contribute to the efficiency of departmental operations and objectives.To ensure accurate allocations, and resolve queries, write-offsand refunds. Key Accountabilities Monitoring and cash posting for ALLbankaccounts. Allocating and banking of Cheques (UK & US). Monitoring and cash posting US Bank Accounts (Comerica). Investigate and allocate any unapplied cash amounts. Maintain promised payments and other relevant spreadsheets. Reconcile payments received into All UK Banksor Comerica for other Mclarens offices andarrange settlement. Daily report for files opened, monitor and request market data required to process fees. Intercompany preparation and sending of payments received. Intercompany Statements. Follow-up & reconciliation of outstanding balances. Investigating ways of streamlining processes. Resolving queries. Ensuring all cash postingsare completed within deadlines and targets. Ensure all write offs, refunds and discounts are applied correctly. Adhere to all Audit requirements. Updating the Cash Log sheet daily. Running the AR Register and distributing daily before 10.30 amUK time. Ad-hoc duties as and when required Experience and Qualifications Еssential : Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with experience of working with large volumes of data. IT literate with advanced Word and Excel skills, able to produce pivot tables. Experience in complex allocations Experience inorganising work to ensure objectives are met. Able to communicate in a clear, concise,and structured manner. Teamwork Highly organised with the ability to multi-task, self-manage a varied workload and meet objectives. Senior Stakeholder Management Strong problem-solvingskills.
