You’ll help uncover inefficiencies, strengthen controls, and design smarter processes that deliver better outcomes for both customers and colleagues. What’s the opportunity? Working within our Transformation function, you’ll support the end-to-end review and optimisation of business processes—from discovery and analysis through to implementation of improved ways of working. Your work will directly influence how we scale, manage risk, and enhance customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build deep expertise in process optimisation while gaining exposure to transformation delivery across the Bank.
