We specialize in customized in-house training solutions for large organizations. Our mission is to help companies upskill their workforce through high-quality, practical, and industry-relevant training programs. We are seeking a Business Development Executive based in our Lahore office to develop and grow our client base specifically in the Dubai and wider UAE market . This is a remote / offshore business development role focused on securing corporate training contracts with UAE-based organizations. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target UAE-based large companies, multinational corporations, and government entities for corporate training needs. Build and maintain a strong pipeline through: Cold calling Email outreach LinkedIn prospecting Virtual meetings Engage remotely with HR managers, L&D heads, and key decision-makers to understand their training requirements. Pitch customized training solutions tailored to UAE market demands. Handle inbound inquiries from UAE prospects and convert them into confirmed training contracts. Develop remote partnerships with UAE HR consultants, business associations, and training coordinators (via calls, emails, LinkedIn). Prepare and deliver online proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations. Stay updated on UAE corporate training trends, compliance needs, and industry-specific learning areas. Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, meetings, and deals for tracking and follow-up. Requirements Requirements: Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate training sales. Exposure to or experience dealing with UAE/Gulf markets is highly preferred. Strong ability to sell high-value training programs remotely and close long-term contracts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for international clients. Strong negotiation and presentation ability (online). Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Understanding of finance, accounting, VAT, or business training topics is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field. Minimum 3+ years of experience in corporate training sales, L&D consulting, or B2B international business development.
