Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support enterprise technology delivery engagements across multiple industry verticals. In this role, you will work closely with client stakeholders and internal delivery teams to gather and translate business requirements into clear, actionable specifications that drive successful project outcomes. Location: Hyderabad, India (Hybrid) Experience: 3-6 years Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday What You'll Do: Engage with client and internal stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements Translate business needs into well-structured user stories, process flows, and functional specifications Conduct gap analysis between current and future state processes and systems Collaborate with engineering, QA, and project management teams throughout the delivery lifecycle Facilitate workshops, requirement review sessions, and stakeholder interviews Maintain and manage requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle Support UAT planning and execution, including test case review and defect triage Prepare clear business-facing documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and executive summaries Identify risks, dependencies, and scope changes and communicate them proactively to project leadership What We're Looking For: 3–6 years of experience in a Business Analyst role within a technology delivery or consulting environment Strong ability to gather, document, and manage requirements across complex, multi-stakeholder engagements Proficiency in creating process flow diagrams, user stories, and functional specifications Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or equivalent Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously Nice to have: Domain experience in financial services, insurance, or healthcare Exposure to enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar Experience working with offshore or globally distributed delivery teams CBAP or equivalent BA certification Why AGT: Competitive CTC commensurate with experience Performance-based annual bonus Comprehensive salary structure including HRA, LTA, Medical, Transport, and Education allowances Provident Fund contributions Group medical insurance coverage Paid leaves including casual, sick, and earned leave Fully paid training and probation period
