Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst to join our team. You will help gather requirements, analyze business processes, support documentation, and work closely with stakeholders and technology teams to deliver effective business solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Information Technology,
• Engineering, Economics, or related field
• 0–1 years of experience in business analysis or related role
• Basic understanding of business processes, requirement gathering, and documentation
• Ability to create business requirement documents, user stories, and process flows
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of data interpretation and reporting
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage multiple tasks
