🚀 Appointment Setter (Part-Time) | Remote

Smart Hire Pros is hiring an Appointment Setter / SDR to generate leads, conduct outreach, and book qualified appointments for our sales team.

💰 Compensation

• $4 USD/hour
• 20 hours per week (4 hours/day, Monday–Friday)
• Fully Remote
• Base Pay + Uncapped Commissions

Responsibilities

✅ Build prospect lists using Apollo and LinkedIn

✅ Identify and reach out to ICP-qualified prospects

✅ Book appointments for the sales team

✅ Follow up with leads and nurture opportunities

✅ Keep CRM records updated

Requirements

✔ C1 English level or higher

✔ Experience in appointment setting, SDR, lead generation, or outbound sales

✔ Experience in staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, or similar industries preferred

✔ Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-up

💸 Monthly Commission Structure

• 1–2 closed deals: $150/deal
• 3–4 closed deals: $225/deal
• 5–6 closed deals: $300/deal
• 7+ closed deals: $375/deal

🎁 Bonus

80%+ show rate in a month = Additional $25 per closed deal
