In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering a high-quality patient experience by coordinating appointments, assisting with insurance calls, and providing support for Spanish-speaking patients. Key Responsibilities: • Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through deal closure and client transition. • Drive revenue growth by converting qualified opportunities into long-term client relationships. • Efficiently qualify leads based on ideal customer profile and maintain robust pipeline hygiene. • Maintain accurate and current client and prospect data in HubSpot CRM system. • Conduct comprehensive company and industry research to identify opportunities and key stakeholders. • Lead discovery calls, gather detailed requirements, and guide prospects through consultative buying process. • Coordinate seamless handoff from sales to operations ensuring successful implementation and client onboarding. • Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, prospects, and industry partners. • Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases. • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms aligned with company policies and client needs. • Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation and qualification processes. • Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to inform product and service development. Requirements: •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field required. • Minimum 4 years of sales experience with demonstrated success in deal closing and revenue generation. • Advanced English proficiency (C1+/C2+) with clear communication skills. • At least 3 years of experience using HubSpot. • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience managing complete sales cycle from initial contact through implementation transition. • Strong negotiation skills and ability to navigate complex sales processes. • Excellent client relationship management and communication capabilities. • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. • Experience in B2B/B2C service sales preferred.
