About the role:
You will be joining as a London Account Manager within the New Homes team.
You will inherit a role that consists of 80% Account Management, managing a portfolio of New Home Developers, whilst the other 20% will be focused on adding clients to your portfolio through win-backs and new customer acquisition.
Your role will be centred around helping clients maximise visibility, generate demand and ultimately drive growth through smarter use of the platform and its solutions.
What you will be doing:
• Becoming a New Homes market expert, helping customers navigate the property market and maximise performance
• Running QBRs and delivering data-led insights to help customers better understand market trends and challenges
• Using a wide suite of SaaS, membership, advertising and email campaign solutions to drive customer outcomes
• Owning the full customer journey from onboarding through to renewal
• Managing your own diary and territory to ensure customers receive an exceptional level of service
• Attending regular team catch-ups and training sessions
• Taking ownership of your own development, constantly improving your commercial skills and market knowledge
• Working closely with leadership and the wider team to continue progressing professionally and personally
What I am looking for:
• A proven Account Manager who can demonstrate consistent performance
• Someone who thrives in a field-based/client-facing environment
• A commercial mindset, able to use insights and data to drive customer growth
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• High energy, highly organised and naturally proactive
• Full UK driving licence
