What You’ll Do: Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for each client. Build and nurture long-term client relationships through regular check-ins, business reviews, and proactive communication. Understand client goals and needs deeply, ensuring they consistently get maximum value from our services. Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upsells, renewals, and referrals. Resolve client concerns promptly and effectively, turning challenges into opportunities to strengthen the relationship. Drive client advocacy by facilitating testimonials, referrals, and online reviews. Develop and execute account strategies that improve client retention, satisfaction, and loyalty. Track and analyze client feedback and account health metrics to identify risks and opportunities. Lead smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences for clients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across CRM and account management tools. Qualifications: Proven experience in client relations, account management, or a similar role, preferably within the staffing or recruiting industry. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships. Positive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively. High emotional intelligence and resilience. Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant software.
