About this Position As a Material Master Data and Packaging Specialist (Data Management), you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of material master data that supports day-to-day business operations. Your work helps maintain seamless processes across supply chain, procurement, and production by ensuring that essential data is reliable, up to date, and aligned with business needs. You will be part of a collaborative and fast-paced team, working closely with stakeholders, master data experts, and process owners. This role offers the opportunity to engage in cross-functional coordination, solve data-related challenges, and drive continuous improvements in data quality and processes. What you´ll do Ensure timely and accurate execution of activities aligned with service level agreements (SLAs). Maintain and update material master data in SAP across multiple views (e.g., purchasing, MRP, sales, storage, warehouse, QM) based on business inputs. Manage material lifecycle processes including creation, deletion, reactivation, and mass data uploads/downloads. Act as key point of contact for stakeholders, addressing inquiries, performing root cause analysis, and providing effective solutions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather required data, monitor workflows, and communicate updates on material activation. Generate reports and support data clean-up activities while ensuring proper documentation and process updates. Collaborate with Team Leads/Managers to drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to GBS+ quality goals.
