Exceptional Relocation Offer: For this project only, we are offering a relocation package to help you transition smoothly from Germany to your new home in Portugal. The Package Base Salary: €1,300 per month (paid 14 times per year). Performance Bonus: Up to €225 per month (paid 12 times per year). Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day (net). Welcome Bonus: Paid in 12 monthly installments during your first year. Health Insurance: Included from Day 1 (becomes free of charge after 6 months). What You Will Do As a Technical Support Specialist, you aren't just answering phones—you are a problem solver. You will: Communicate fluently in German and English . Guide customers through technical hurdles with patience and empathy. Track issues with a detail-oriented eye to ensure no bug goes unfixed. Turn frustrated users into loyal brand advocates through clear, confident communication. Your Schedule Operational Hours: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 19:00 (Rotational shifts). Rest Days: Every Sunday off + 1 additional rotational day per week. Who We Are Looking For Language: Native-level or C1 German + B2/C1 English. Mindset: Resilient under pressure and naturally empathetic. Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable navigating software and explaining technical steps. Experience: Previous Customer Service experience is preferred; Sales experience is a plus. Availability: Ready to start your Portuguese adventure on July 2nd, 2026 . Relocation from outside of Portugal: Shared accommodation (up to 12 months) (details discussed during interview) No Flight Ticket Relocation inside Portugal only for tier 1 (German, Nordics and Dutch)
