Typical Responsibilities

Working Environment

Schedules vary depending on the project and may include:

• Monday to Friday shifts
• Rotational schedules including weekends
• Operating hours generally between 06:00 and 19:00

Training is delivered on a full-time basis to ensure a successful onboarding experience.

What We're Looking For

✔ Dutch language skills at C1 level or higher

✔ Good command of English

✔ Strong communication skills

✔ Customer-focused attitude

✔ Comfortable using digital tools and online platforms

✔ Previous experience is welcome but not essential

✔ Ability to work remotely from Portugal
