As a Back Office Gaming Support specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the gaming operations behind the scenes, ensuring smooth service delivery for our Turkish-speaking players. Join a dynamic team and contribute to providing a seamless gaming experience!

Your Key Responsibilities

Provide back office support for Turkish-speaking players, handling escalated issues and complex inquiries.
Coordinate with different departments to resolve player problems efficiently and effectively.
Manage player data, transactions, and account issues securely and accurately.
Analyze support tickets and workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
Maintain detailed records of all interactions and procedures related to player support.
Participate in process optimization and implementation of best practices to improve operational efficiency.

Fluency in Turkish is mandatory; proficiency in English is highly desirable. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
Experience in back office support or a related role within the gaming industry is preferred.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with an ability to handle sensitive player information responsibly.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with full relocation support provided.
