The Sourcing Centre of Expertise, an integral part of the Recruitment Shared Service, supports the AtkinsRéalis Global business in all aspects of talent acquisition and candidate selection. We are seeking a Senior Advisor – Talent Sourcing to join our Bangalore-based HR team. In this role, you will partner with Recruitment Teams to create talent pools (talent communities) and identify candidates for engineering and related technical positions across India. Your role Create, maintain, and strengthen contact with talent communities for both active and passive candidates within AtkinsRéalis’ core engineering skill sets for India. Act as a CRM subject matter expert to engage and mentor sourcing team members. Utilize creative sourcing approaches, including X-ray searches, SEO, social sourcing, and Boolean strings. Lead the development of meaningful talent pools aligned with regional/business-specific recruitment plans. Ensure data integrity in maintaining records in our ATS/CRM. Proactively identify and drive opportunities for improvement. Provide value-added sourcing advice to key stakeholders to influence and shape talent strategies. Collaborate with regional sourcing teams and share best practices across the sourcing function. About you 6+ years of experience in a similar industry; prior experience in recruiting for Design and Engineering is a plus. Skilled in reviewing, pre-screening, and interviewing candidates to assess fit for position requirements. Experience sourcing/recruiting for the Indian market is an added advantage. Proficient in leveraging data-driven approaches for hiring decisions. Capable of building talent maps, pools, and market reports. Proven track record of meeting deadlines and hiring targets. Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a team-first mentality. Able to source across various engineering roles and business practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experienced in managing multiple campaigns across engineering skills or business practices. Proficient in LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and recruitment databases. Knowledge of Workday is preferred.
