Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Swedish-Speaking Customer Solutions Consultant to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with fully paid relocation support. Responsibilities Handle and resolve customer inquiries and issues for Swedish-speaking clients Deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective and timely problem resolution Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and solutions provided Identify opportunities for service improvements based on client feedback Support onboarding and training activities for new clients Stay informed about company products, services, and industry trends Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
