Swedish Speaking Content Moderation Job Overview We are seeking an analytical and culturally aware Swedish Speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join a leading European BPO provider in Sofia, Bulgaria. Supporting a major international company, you will play a critical role in moderating user-generated digital content, advertisements, and back-office information. Your objective is to ensure platform compliance, mitigate digital risks, and enforce strict community safety guidelines. Important Content Note: This role involves reviewing reported digital content and ads to keep the platform safe. This material can occasionally include graphic or sensitive themes, including violence. Location & Work Mode City: Sofia Country: Bulgaria Work Mode: On-site / Office-based within a modern corporate environment alongside a multicultural team. Your Role & Responsibilities Review user-generated content, advertising campaigns, and back-office information to ensure absolute compliance with platform safety policies. Take prompt, objective, and appropriate moderation actions on digital materials that violate guidelines or pose legal/safety risks. Maintain an exhaustive and up-to-date understanding of internal safety protocols and compliance policy modifications. Identify, analyze, and track behavioral patterns to proactively flag emerging platform risks or coordinated abuse. Justify and defend moderation decisions with clear context and structured reasoning during internal quality audits. Your Qualifications Language Proficiency: Fluent in Swedish (C1 level) paired with a strong operational command of English (B2 level minimum) . Cultural Awareness: A deep understanding of Swedish pop culture, global current events, and local digital trends. Core Competencies: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to manage shifting priorities and large volumes of data. Critical Thinking: Analytical problem-solving skills with the psychological resilience to handle sensitive or explicit digital material. Experience (Asset): Previous experience investigating online fraud, spam networks, or inappropriate digital content is a strong asset. Shifts & Working Hours Schedule: Full-time hours operating on standard project operational shifts. Salary, Bonuses & Benefits Base Salary: €2,100 Gross per month.
