Polish Speaking Digital Content Specialist Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic Polish Speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join a growing operations team in Sofia, Bulgaria. Working for a worldwide leading company within a multicultural environment, your primary role will be to moderate user-generated back-office information, advertisements, and digital content to ensure full compliance with established policies and guidelines. Please note that the material being reviewed is highly dynamic and may occasionally include sensitive elements, such as violence. Location City: Sofia Country: Bulgaria Your Role & Responsibilities Review user-generated back-office information, content, and advertisements to ensure alignment with established corporate policies. Take prompt, decisive, and appropriate action on any uploaded material that violates guidelines or poses potential safety risks. Stay continuously updated on internal policy adjustments to guarantee accurate and uniform implementation across the board. Identify, analyze, and report behavioral patterns to proactively address risks. Your Qualifications Language Proficiency: Fluent in Polish (C1) with a B2 or higher proficiency in English . Cultural Competence: Solid knowledge of pop culture, global events, and the specific nuances of the Polish market. Core Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, paired with strong organizational and time management skills to successfully handle high volumes of work and shifting priorities. Analytical Mindset: Ability to identify behavioral patterns for improved decision-making and confidently provide context/rationale behind your moderation choices. Experience (Asset): Prior experience investigating spam, fraud, or other types of inappropriate digital information is considered a plus. Shifts & Working Hours Schedule: Full-time, working rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday . Salary, Bonuses & Benefits Base Salary: €1,550 Gross per month. Welcome Bonus: €1,500 Welcome Bonus.
