We are hiring Spanish Speaking Technical Support Advisors to support customers for a leading global technology brand known for laptops, tablets, smart devices, accessories and innovative tech solutions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, helping people and working with technology. Full training is provided, so previous experience is not essential - just bring strong communication skills, confidence with computers and a positive attitude.

You will support Spanish speaking customers with technical and customer care queries across phone, email and chat.
Typical customer issues may include:
- Devices not powering on
- Audio problems
- Webcam or black screen issues
- Slow device performance
- General troubleshooting and support
- Deciding whether a device needs servicing or parts
You will start in a frontline support role, helping customers with standard care queries, with the potential to progress into more advanced support, Premium Care or back office functions.
The role is remote after the initial 2-3 weeks of training in the office in Athens, giving you a great balance of support at the start and flexibility once trained.
💰 €1,045.72 gross per month x 14 monthly payments
💰 Up to €250 monthly productivity bonus, subject to target achievement
💰 Salary increases to €1,100 gross per month after 12 months
💰 Salary increases to €1,150 gross per month after 36 months
📦 Relocation package available
📅 Monday to Friday only
- Spanish C1 level
- English B2 level for training and internal communication
- Good PC and technical knowledge
- Comfortable using computers, laptops, tablets and smartphones
- Good typing speed - around 35 WPM or above
- Customer-focused attitude
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is helpful, but not required
