About this role

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated French Speaking FinTech Customer Support Representative to join our team in Athens, Greece, with a fully paid relocation package. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our French-speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries and issues related to FinTech products and services are resolved promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries accurately and efficiently in French
  • Assist customers with their FinTech product related issues and provide effective solutions
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay informed on current fintech industry trends and company offerings
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to improve service quality and product features
  • Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written
  • Experience in customer support roles within the FinTech or financial services industries
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Customer-focused approach with attention to detail
