Key Responsibilities Review and moderate user-generated content in French to ensure compliance with community policies. Accurately classify content according to established guidelines and make informed decisions. Identify and report any inappropriate content or behavior promptly. Collaborate with the team to improve moderation processes and share insights. Stay updated on company policies and best practices related to content moderation. Fluency in French (written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is a plus. Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to apply guidelines consistently. Excellent communication skills for clear and effective moderation decisions. Ability to handle sensitive and potentially distressing content professionally. Familiarity with online platforms and moderation tools is advantageous. Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural and work environment. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
