As a Spanish-Speaking Player Support Specialist at Riot Games, you will be the primary contact for Spanish-speaking players, delivering outstanding support and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable gaming experience. Key Responsibilities Provide timely and effective support to Spanish-speaking players across various channels including chat, email, and social media. Investigate and resolve player issues promptly with professionalism and empathy. Collect and relay player feedback to help improve Riot Games’ products and services. Maintain accurate and detailed records of player interactions and support cases. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize support processes and enhance player experience. Contribute to the development and upkeep of support documentation and knowledge base resources. Fluency in Spanish is mandatory; proficiency in English is strongly preferred. Previous experience in customer or player support roles, ideally in the gaming industry, is a plus.
