Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for Spanish-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting Dyson in Greece. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking customers and includes the benefit of paid relocation to Greece.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support to Spanish-speaking Dyson customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and after-sales service.
  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Record and maintain detailed notes of customer interactions using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on Dyson products, policies, and industry trends.
  • Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally in consumer electronics or retail.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece; paid relocation support provided.
