Your Responsibilities Provide excellent customer support to Slovak-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality. Participate in ongoing training to keep up-to-date with product knowledge and customer service techniques. Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is mandatory.
