Your Responsibilities Provide excellent customer support to Slovak-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality. Participate in ongoing training to keep up-to-date with product knowledge and customer service techniques. Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is mandatory. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; fully covered by the company. Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
