Job Description GateSource HR Caribbean Division is partnering with a key client in the Caribbean to recruit a Senior Project Manager to work on critical and exciting energy transition projects and to l ead the execution of capital and infrastructure projects by managing multidisciplinary teams and providing project management oversight across engineering functions. This role is responsible for delivering complex projects—ranging up to CI$90 million in value—on time, within budget, and to required safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee and supervise project support staff within the Engineering & Business Development Department. Manage medium to large-scale infrastructure and energy projects, including power generation expansions, facility renovations, new building additions, substations, and other mechanical and electrical engineering initiatives. Ensure all projects are delivered in compliance with safety protocols, timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks. Enforce adherence to company safety procedures and standards across project teams and contractors. Provide engineering and project management support to internal departments as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. At least 15 years of experience in engineering and/or project management within industrial construction, production environments, or process optimization. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with electric utility operations. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management training.
