Responsibilities Provide high-quality player support to Romanian-speaking customers via email, chat, and social media channels Resolve technical, gameplay, and account-related issues efficiently Maintain accurate records of player interactions and issues in our support system Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex player concerns Gather and relay player feedback to development teams to help improve products Contribute to a welcoming and engaging gaming community Stay updated on the latest gaming trends and product developments Fluency in Romanian and English, both written and spoken. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
