As a Romanian-Speaking Player Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional support to Romanian-speaking players, helping them resolve inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering a top-tier gaming experience. Your Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent player support to Romanian-speaking users through various channels such as chat, email, and forums.
Effectively troubleshoot and resolve player-related issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Collect and analyze player feedback to contribute to continuous service improvement.
Maintain accurate records of player interactions and support activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize operational processes and resolve complex player concerns.
Help develop and implement best practices for player support services.

Fluency in Romanian is mandatory; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
Previous experience in customer support or gaming-related roles is advantageous but not required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with players.
Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Positive attitude and strong teamwork capabilities.
Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria (fully sponsored relocation package provided).
