The selected intern would have an opportunity to work on cutting edge inspection technologies alongside World Class Researchers. The internship duration can be for a duration of 3-11 months. This is a Hands-on role in an experimental research lab developing robotic delivery for non-destructive sensors. The selected intern would be working with a team to learn and - Implement real-time control and estimation algorithms on embedded systems - Integrate electro-mechanical hardware and software components - Implement computer vision algorithms (e.g., pose estimation, multi-view stereo) as required Required Qualifications & Skills Academics: The candidate should be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s/Master’s/Doctoral degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related fields. - Adaptability to new technologies and programming languages - Ability to read documentation and leverage literature to implement efficient solutions - Strong debugging skills across software, electronics, and mechanical systems - Willingness to work iteratively in an experimental environment - Proficient in microcontroller programming (C/C++), RTOS, interrupts, memory management (in any of Arduinos/ESP32/Pi Pico/STM32) - Experience with interfacing protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, MODBUS), basic CAD modeling, and PCB design - Skilled in Python, OpenCV, and camera interfacing Additional Information Relocation Assistance Provided: Yes
