Recruitment Consultant

Job Description We are a Dubai-based recruitment agency working with a diverse portfolio of clients across real estate development, corporate services, consulting, and oil and gas sectors. We are currently looking for an experienced Russian-speaking Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of agency recruitment experience and understands the dynamics of the UAE market. This is a full-cycle recruitment role with strong growth and earning potential. Key Responsibilities: Managing the full recruitment cycle from client briefing to offer stage Conducting client intake meetings and defining hiring strategies Headhunting and sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms Interviewing, assessing, and shortlisting candidates Managing interview coordination and offer negotiations Building long-term relationships with candidates and clients Business development activities Requirements 3–5 years of recruitment experience in an agency environment Russian – native English – professional working proficiency Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and active sourcing Experience working in the Dubai/UAE market is highly preferred Commercial mindset with interest in business development Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Benefits Hybrid working format/remote Employment visa and medical insurance Annual flight ticket Competitive base salary + commission structure Opportunity to work on diverse and high-level projects Career growth within a fast-developing UAE market
