This is an on-site position in Greece. You must already live in Greece or be willing to relocate. A full relocation package is included. Your Role As a Customer Advisor you will support customers who value innovation and quality. Your communication will reflect the premium character of the brand. Your daily responsibilities will include: Assisting customers via phone, email, and chat Providing clear information about products and services Guiding customers through troubleshooting and solutions Handling each interaction with patience, structure, and care Contributing to a supportive and professional team environment Fluent in Portuguese with strong English skills Comfortable with technology and structured processes Experienced in customer service (preferred but not mandatory) Attentive, solution-oriented, and confident in communication Motivated to grow in an international environment This role is designed to make your transition smooth and your experience rewarding.
