As a Fitbit Product Support Specialist, you will provide outstanding technical support to Portuguese-speaking customers, helping them resolve issues and utilize their Fitbit devices effectively. Your Responsibilities

Offer high-quality product support for Fitbit devices to Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Effectively diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems.
Advise customers on maximizing their Fitbit product experience.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions using CRM systems.
Work closely with other departments to escalate complex cases and contribute to service improvements.
Engage in continuous learning to stay up-to-date with Fitbit product developments and updates.

Native or near-native fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is a must. Clearly indicate your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
Strong technical aptitude and enthusiasm for wearable technology.
Experience in customer service or product support is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with relocation fully covered.
Proactive problem-solver with great attention to detail.
