As a Back Office Gaming Support professional, you will provide specialized support to Polish-speaking players, ensuring an exceptional gaming experience through efficient and accurate back office operations. Key Responsibilities Deliver back office support to Polish-speaking players, addressing escalated issues and complex queries effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve player-related concerns promptly. Manage sensitive player accounts, transaction records, and related data with confidentiality and accuracy. Evaluate support workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement and implementation. Maintain precise documentation of support activities and operational procedures. Participate in ongoing initiatives to improve service quality and operational efficiency. Fluency in Polish is mandatory; knowledge of English is advantageous.
