Your Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer support for Fitbit products to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot device issues, provide detailed product guidance, and assist customers in optimizing their Fitbit experience. Maintain accurate records of customer communications in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and improve service quality. Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on Fitbit product developments and customer service best practices. Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential. Clearly state your native language and nationality on your CV and/or cover letter. Previous experience in customer support, especially within technology or consumer electronics, is an advantage. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
