Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer support for Fitbit products to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot device issues, provide detailed product guidance, and assist customers in optimizing their Fitbit experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer communications in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and improve service quality.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on Fitbit product developments and customer service best practices.
  • Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Clearly state your native language and nationality on your CV and/or cover letter.
  • Previous experience in customer support, especially within technology or consumer electronics, is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; relocation fully covered by the company.
  • Technical aptitude and great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
