We’re looking for a Parts On-Site Field Representative to serve our West Region (Lethbridge/Taber). This is a key role that combines customer service, sales, and hands-on inventory support. You’ll be the face of our Parts On-Site program, helping customers stay productive by ensuring they have the parts they need when they need them. Route & Customer Service Develop and execute a weekly and bi-weekly route schedule to service existing Parts On-Site customers. Build strong relationships and provide proactive, on-site support. Address customer concerns promptly and resolve issues effectively and professionally. Inventory & Parts Management Replenish parts cabinets and ensure customers have the inventory they need. Supply additional parts directly from your van based on customer demand. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer machinery profiles. Sales & Business Development Actively call on new and prospective customers to grow the Parts On-Site and Aftermarket business. Market and promote parts and service offerings, including: Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMI), Overhauls, and Special parts promotions Perform follow-ups on major parts sales to ensure satisfaction and identify additional opportunities. Promote seasonal merchandise and monthly parts initiatives. Identify and communicate sales leads to the Sales Department. Internal & Field Support Support field technicians by delivering parts as required. Participate in and promote all company initiatives, including: Performax Program, Combine Guarantee, Western Tractor Days (WT Days), Clinics and events Ensure a strong Parts presence at customer events and clinics. Organization & Equipment Management Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked Parts On-Site van. Ensure the van is mechanically maintained and presentable at all times. Reporting & Performance Provide weekly reporting on Parts sales, PMI inspections, and Wholegoods lead generation Stay current on John Deere parts programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives. Contribute to achieving Customer Experience (CX) score goals. Requirements Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience within a Parts department. Previous John Deere agricultural equipment and product experience is an asset. Technical Skills: Experience using online inventory systems and standard desktop applications including Microsoft Office and other browser-based programs, along with a demonstrated understanding of sales processes. People-Focused: Strong interpersonal skills with experience connecting with customers while maintaining a professional image and establishing rapport. Sales Mindset: Proactive approach to identifying opportunities. Soft Skills: Strong time management skills, ability to be adaptable, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Physical Capability: Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50lbs with long periods of standing and walking. Valid Driver's License: You'll need this and a comfort working in a mobile, field-based role.
