Your Responsibilities Provide excellent assistance to Norwegian-speaking customers via chat, email, and phone. Help customers with product inquiries, order management, and issue resolution. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Work collaboratively within a team to ensure smooth customer service operations. Stay informed about product updates and e-commerce best practices. Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and efficiency. Fluency in Norwegian and English is essential.
