As a Fitbit Customer Support Specialist, you will assist customers by troubleshooting device issues, offering detailed product guidance, and resolving inquiries promptly and professionally. Your Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer support for Fitbit products to Norwegian-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat channels.
Troubleshoot technical issues, provide product information, and assist customers in maximizing their Fitbit device experience.
Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
Keep updated with the latest Fitbit product developments through continuous training.

Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential.
Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated on your CV and/or cover letter.
Experience in customer support, preferably in technology or consumer electronics, is an advantage.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; relocation expenses fully covered by the company.
Technical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
