As a Fitbit Customer Support Specialist, you will assist customers by troubleshooting device issues, offering detailed product guidance, and resolving inquiries promptly and professionally. Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer support for Fitbit products to Norwegian-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat channels.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, provide product information, and assist customers in maximizing their Fitbit device experience.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Keep updated with the latest Fitbit product developments through continuous training.
  • Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated on your CV and/or cover letter.
  • Experience in customer support, preferably in technology or consumer electronics, is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; relocation expenses fully covered by the company.
