Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Manager Sales to achieve budgeted sales turnover in the assigned region for Concrete Batching Plants and related accessories, while driving market growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve budgeted sales turnover and align with company objectives. Identify prospective customer segments and use concept selling to promote our clients Batching Plants, increasing market share. Conduct market visits to uncover customer needs and generate inquiries through various sales tools. Increase market coverage to drive sales growth in the assigned territory. Meet with customers to identify needs and offer suitable products, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Finalize orders to achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue. Ensure timely collection of payments and necessary forms to maintain financial health. Coordinate with Head Office for efficient order execution and customer service. Collect and analyze market trends and competitor information to recommend tactics for building market share. Recommend sales strategies for all territories to improve market share and sales performance. Maintain and update MIS reports, Salesforce CRM customer data, and lead and opportunity stages for accurate reporting. Plan and execute customer visits on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis to strengthen relationships. Required Skills: Strong understanding of Batching Plants, sales processes, and market analysis. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Attitude: Proactive, results-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: 8-12 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction equipment industry.
