Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Lithuanian-Speaking Customer Solutions Consultant to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with fully paid relocation support. You will be the main point of contact for Lithuanian-speaking clients, delivering exceptional customer solutions tailored to their needs to maximize satisfaction and success. Responsibilities Provide effective customer support to Lithuanian-speaking clients Understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions Work closely with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of client issues Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and solutions provided Identify opportunities for service improvements based on feedback Assist in the onboarding and training processes for new clients Stay up to date with company products, services, and industry trends Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both spoken and written. Your native language and nationality must be clearly indicated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
