Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to offer an incredible opportunity for a Korean-Speaking Support Specialist based in Sofia! This position includes fully paid relocation, making it a fantastic chance to work in a dynamic environment while experiencing life in Bulgaria’s vibrant capital.

As a Korean-Speaking Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for Korean-speaking customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries efficiently. Your role will be integral to maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding support to Korean-speaking clients across multiple communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and accurately.
Provide detailed product and service information to clients.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and support processes.
Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and support skills.

Fluency in Korean (spoken and written) is required; native proficiency preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude.
Willingness and ability to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with full relocation support provided.
Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and within a team.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to contribute to a collaborative work environment.
