About this role
IVY Project Partner for the Interreg project "CReSInMed" Support the competitiveness of rural tourism SMEs around the Mediterranean. VOLUNTEER Interforum Srl is looking for an IVY volunteer! The volunteer will support the Interreg project “ Competitiveness and Internationalisation of Rural Tourism SMEs in the Mediterranean - CReSInMed " , under the Interreg NEXT Med programme. The objective of the Interreg project " CReSInMed " is addresses this shared regional challenge by equipping 50 rural tourism (M)SMEs across Italy, Greece, Türkiye, Jordan, Tunisia, Spain, and Palestine with the skills, networks, and tools they need to succeed internationally. The project aims to boost their competitiveness through tailored training, digital platforms, and transnational collaboration, helping transform rural tourism into a resilient, inclusive driver of local development. The volunteer will be supporting the implementation of communication, dissemination and stakeholder engagement activities within the project as followed: Supporting the organisation and promotion of local and international project events; Assisting in the preparation of communication materials and digital content for social media and programme website; Supporting the collection of stories, interviews and testimonials from (M)SMEs and beneficiaries involved in the project; Assisting in stakeholder engagement activities with rural tourism (M)SMEs and local actors; Supporting networking activities among project partners and target groups; Contributing to the visibility of Interreg NEXT MED and EU cooperation values; Assisting the project team in preparing news articles and awareness campaigns; Supporting monitoring and documentation of project activities and results; Assisting in the preparation of agendas, minutes, reports and follow-up documentation related to project meetings and events. Other information: Financial support of: 31.76 euros per day (week-end and holidays included) . Location: Cagliari, Italy. Start and duration: Starting in September, for 6 months. Deadline for applications: 5 July. Languages*: English (B2) and Italian (B1). *Please be aware that the languages mentioned are the minimum level of command required. The amount provided allows them to live in similar conditions as the local population where they are volunteering, and ranges from 23 to 39 EUR per day. Insurance IVY volunteers are fully covered with health, liability and accident insurance. AEBR arranges the policies for you for the entire duration of the experience. Contribution to travel costs Travel costs to relocate are covered by AEBR, based on lump sums according to the distance between the host organisation and your place of residence. The sum is allocated depending on the distance in km.
