As an Italian-Speaking Player Support Specialist at Riot Games, you will be the primary contact for Italian-speaking players, delivering exceptional support and ensuring an outstanding gaming experience. Your Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality support to Italian-speaking players via multiple channels including chat, email, and social media. Investigate, analyze, and resolve player issues promptly with empathy and professionalism. Collect and communicate player feedback to support the enhancement of Riot Games' products and services. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of player interactions and support cases. Collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize support processes and player experience. Contribute to the development and maintenance of support documentation and knowledge base resources. Fluency in Italian is mandatory; proficiency in English is strongly preferred. Clearly indicate your native language and nationality in your application (C.V. and/or Cover Letter). A strong passion for gaming and familiarity with Riot Games’ portfolio and community. Previous experience in customer or player support roles, preferably in the gaming industry, is advantageous. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage players in a professional and empathetic manner.
