As a Hungarian-Speaking Player Support Specialist at Riot Games, you will serve as the primary contact for Hungarian-speaking players, delivering outstanding support and ensuring an exceptional gaming experience. Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective support to Hungarian-speaking players through chat, email, and other communication channels.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve player issues promptly and with empathy.
• Collect and relay player feedback to contribute to product and service improvements.
• Accurately document all player interactions and support cases.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to refine support processes and player engagement strategies.
• Assist in developing and maintaining support documentation and knowledge base resources.

• Fluency in Hungarian is essential; proficiency in English is highly desirable. Clearly state your native language and nationality in your application (C.V. and/or Cover Letter).
• A strong passion for gaming and familiarity with Riot Games’ titles and gaming culture.
• Experience in customer support or player support roles, preferably within the gaming industry, is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with players.
• Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Team player mentality, eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and eligibility to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; full relocation package provided.
