Job Description Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist Cum Cleaning Location: Shiab Al Ashkhaar - Al Ain Employment Type: Full-Time Salary & Benefits: ⦁ Monthly Salary: 2000 AED ⦁ Accommodation provided ⦁ Transportation provided ⦁ Visa and residency included Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist to join our ladies fitness center in Shiab Al Ashkhaar - Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for members and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and smooth experience while efficiently managing front desk operations. This role also includes maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the studio, as well as a willingness to learn and grow into additional responsibilities through provided training. Working Hours: ⦁ 9 working hours per day ⦁ 1-hour break ⦁ 6 working days per week (Friday off) ⦁ 6 working days per week (Friday off) Key Responsibilities: ​ ⦁ Greet and welcome members and guests in a warm and professional manner ⦁ Handle check-ins, class bookings, and membership registrations ⦁ Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and general inquiries ⦁ Provide accurate information about classes, schedules, and services ⦁ Manage payments, receipts, and basic cash handling ⦁ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio area at all times ⦁ Perform full cleaning and sanitization of the studio before and after classes ⦁ Ensure all equipment and surfaces are properly disinfected and ready for use ⦁ Coordinate with trainers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations ⦁ Assist in promoting memberships, packages, and retail products ⦁ Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally Requirements ⦁ Female candidate (for a ladies-only fitness environment) ⦁ Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred ⦁ Basic computer skills (booking systems, Microsoft Office, etc.) ⦁ Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) ⦁ Friendly, presentable, and professional attitude ⦁ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualities: ⦁ Passion for fitness and wellness industry ⦁ Willingness to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibilities over time ⦁ Strong organizational skills ⦁ Positive attitude and team spirit ⦁ High attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards Benefits ​ Location: Shiab Al Ashkhaar - Al Ain Employment Type: Full-Time Salary & Benefits: ⦁ Monthly Salary: 2000 AED ⦁ Accommodation provided ⦁ Transportation provided ⦁ Visa and residency included Gender: Female only
