Responsibilities Deliver high-quality support to Greek-speaking players through email, chat, and social media platforms Investigate and resolve technical issues, gameplay questions, and account-related matters Maintain accurate records of player interactions and support tickets in relevant systems Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve player satisfaction Gather and provide player feedback to Riot Games' development teams to enhance game quality and player experience Help build and sustain a positive gaming community through professional and empathetic player engagement Stay abreast of new game updates, trends, and Riot Games’ products Fully paid relocation assistance to Sofia, Bulgaria is provided for successful candidates. Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
